Music to the Ear

Jazz lovers were treated to soothing sounds by South African-born saxophonist, composer and arranger Linda Sikhakhane at House 87 in Quigney at the weekend. Sikhakhane’s Sa/swiss Celebration Group stems from his latest album release ‘Isambulo’. Recently named the Standard Bank Young Artist for Jazz, Sikhakhane kickstarts the year with a stellar lineup that includes Jonas Ruther (drums) and French bassist Géraud Portal.
